Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel has its ups and downs. The location is perfect for attending Ottawa Champions Can-Am baseball games, overseen by Hilary who keeps everything spick and span, and the staff offers quality services. However, using public transport with family might not be comfortable, and the dining experience, though warm and inviting, had flaws like waterlogged microwaved eggs and precooked bacon.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette that came in handy, but there was a mix-up with room servicing due to a poorly designed 'Do not disturb' sign. The service was friendly and helpful, offering a downgraded room without issues. The location, although not ideal for city visits, was central to many sites and conveniently connected to the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre. Dining was delicious, with ample choices, but some areas need improvement. The facilities were decent, although some renovations were ongoing during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were excellent in terms of facilities, but there was a mix-up with room servicing due to a poorly designed 'Do not disturb' sign. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the staff letting me check in with my Debit card, which was convenient. The location was good for accessing nearby shops and restaurants, but it felt a bit cramped during busy times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food but some issues with cleanliness and unsupervised children. Overall, a stay with its highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with some positives and negatives to consider. The room, despite needing a bit more cleanliness, was spacious and convenient with a kitchen. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold choices, and the complimentary hot beverage bar was a nice touch. However, the tables were not adequately wiped, and I had to request for mine to be cleaned.
The rooms were a great size, very big, and comfortable, making for a great night stay while moving our student to a new rental. The service was very courteous, professional, and friendly. The location, although a bit crowded at times, was easy to access and provided helpful information for exploring the town. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of breakfast options. The hotel facilities were well maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel was super busy but still very quiet. My room was surprisingly spacious and even had a small kitchenette which was a nice touch. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as it was crowded and lacked variety.
